The Faculty of Earth Sciences, Geography and Astronomy (FGGA) and the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) are exploring possible collaboration on the level of the doctoral programme at the Vienna International School of Earth and Space Sciences (VISESS). The "IIASA presentation event" aims to provide a comprehensive introduction to IIASA's various research initiatives and highlight potential synergies that could result from collaboration between both institutions.

The event will take place at UZAII Lecture Hall 2 (2A122), Josef-Holaubek-Platz 2, 1090 Vienna.

The venue is located in Vienna's 9th district and can be reached by public transport, car or bicycle.

Public transport: U4/U6 to Spittelau or tram D to Althanstraße or Liechtenwerder Platz

Parking: WIPARK Unizentrum Althanstraße (google maps), P&R Spittelau (google maps), short-term parking zones with ticket (available at post offices, petrol stations and tobacco shops)
